The toner refills worked very well. Print quality is as high as it was when I bought a new cartridge. The only difference is that I am now much happier, because I spent about eight dollars per cartridge instead of the seventy something dollars I would have spent at the store. It was a great idea posting the video instructions on YouTube. Your video was brief, explicit, and complete. Yee-haw! I’ll definitely be ordering from you again in the future!

I received my order very quickly as promised. I have used your inks and cartridges for about a year now, and have probably saved hundreds of dollars by not having to buy the overly-expensive, tiny-bit-of-ink cartridges at the store. Your products could not be more perfect. They also allow you to easily refill enough ink to last you for weeks, without any mess. Your inks have very nice colors, and I can't tell the difference from the store inks, if you ask me. InkOwl has more than satisfied me, which is rare in this day and age.
