SHIPPING POLICY

US Orders:

Standard Shipping: US orders are shipped with either USPS or with UPS Ground. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $50, otherwise the fee is $4.95. We ship all our orders from Champlain, NY within a maximum 2 days of their receipt, usually less (not including weekends and postal holidays). Typical transit times vary from 2 to 5 business days from that point.

Canadian Orders:

Standard Shipping: Canadian orders ship with Canada Post or UPS Standard and will take between 2-10 days for delivery. Shipping is free for orders over $75, otherwise the fee is $6.95. All orders to Canada are shipped from our Canadian warehouse location so there will be no brokerage fees or customs duties to pay.

Express Shipping: Expedited and Overnight shipping options are available in all major metropolitan areas with UPS for most of the items in our catalog. For accurate availability and rate information, please contact us by email, live chat, or phone (1-888-446-5695).

International Orders:

International orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service or with UPS. Our standard international shipping fee is $19.95. However, for certain bulkier items or for certain destinations, the shipping charge may need to be revised. Of course, we will contact you with the revised charge for your approval in advance before completing the payment. International orders typically take between 5-15 business days for delivery.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Once you place your order, you will see the order confirmation page and an e-mail containing your order number will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us directly at 1-888-446-5695 or via e-mail at [email protected]. Once your order has been shipped, another e-mail will be sent to you. It will indicate which carrier was used along with the tracking number which you can use to track the order to your door.
