Will using your products void my printer warranty?
Using our compatible ink and toner products does not void your printer warranty! Your existing printer warranty is still in effect when you use our compatible ink or color toner cartridge products. Consumers are often told by the printer manufacturer’s technicians or salespeople that using non-brand supplies will "void" their warranty. This is not true andmay be a violation of Federal Trade laws if enforced by the printer manufacturer. The Magnusson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act establishes your right to use compatible supplies!

How quickly will I receive by order?
We ship using USPS or UPS depending on the package size. Typically you will get your order within 2 to 5 days of shipment. We will always email you your tracking information and you can always contact us for any questions or concerns you may have about your package.
How much will it cost for shipping??
In the USA, shipping is at a flat rate fee of $4.95 per order and it is FREE for any order over $50 in value! For Canada, shipping is $6.95, or free over $75. For other countries, shipping begins at $19.95, but can vary based on weight or destination.
Refilling is very easy to do, we will provide you with the step by step pictorial instructions and provide you guidance to all the tools you will need for your particular model. In all instances if you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help you succeed. You can refer to our ink refilling crash course for more information.
Can using refills harm my printer?
No they won't. When you refill an ink cartridge you are touching or modifying the ink cartridge, not the printer so it should not have any adverse effects on it.
Why should I do the extra work to refill?
There are many benefits to refilling, it takes a little bit of work but you don't compromise on printing quality, you save lots of money and you are being good to the environment by refilling and reusing your existing cartridge.
What will you do if I have problems with your products?
We will be there to support you to get your product to work. We have staff available that can support you by email and telephone.
Will refill products print the same number of pages as the original products?
Yes they will. We provide you with refill ink or toner that is the same quantity as the ink in the original cartridges so the output will be the same. In many cases, we specifiy the number of pages that the refill product will supply. Do note that the pages are always calculated at 5% page coverage as per ISO standards.
