The installation of this smart chip is required for a refilled XEROX 106R01390 and 106R01394 cartridge to function properly. The chip is already included in our XEROX 6280 refill kits.
This chip allows your printer to display its toner level accurately and let you know when you are about to run of toner. The chip's slide-in design makes for an easy installation.
