InkOwl inks are not UNIVERSAL. This means that our inks are specially formulated to suit your specific printer or cartridge. If you cannot find your printer or cartridge model in any of our ads, do not hesitate to contact us. We probably support your printer.

InkOwl's Premium Pigmented ink closely matched the original pigment-based ink used in the EPSON ColorWorks GP-C831/GP-M831 series in terms of viscosity, surface tension, density, and color. Labels printer with this ink will resist fading when exposed to UV rays or water. The close color-match to the original inks allows you to maintain an uncompromising standard of quality for your product packaging.

A pigment-based ink like this one is absolutely essential when refilling EPSON C831/M831 series commercial printers. A dye-based ink can cause pigment coagulation which can ruin your printhead.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for your printer to accept the refilled cartridge, its ink level must be reset using a Chip Resetter for EPSON C831/M831 series.

Each 250ml Black Kit contains the following:

• 1 bottle of 250 ml. Premium Pigmented black ink for EPSON C831
• 1 20ml syringe
• 1 refilling tip
• 1 blunt-tipped needle (to get the ink out of the bottle with ease)
• Easy, detailed, graphic instructions covering the whole process
