NOTE: CANON CLI-42 cartridges have integrated IC chips which store the ink level information. Refilling the cartridge does not reset the ink level displayed by the printer. The cartridge will still work, but you will need to check the cartridges regularly to ensure that they never run dry. As an alternative, we offer a Chip Resetter for CANON CLI-42 (highly recommended). This convenient, USB-powered device will allow you to reset the displayed ink levels to full after every refill.

NOTE: This ink set also works in CANON Pixma PRO-200 printers. The color matching between the two models is similar enough that the ink for PRO-100 will produce acceptable results for most purposes, but for the best color match possible, you can install our ICC Profiles for the CANON PRO-200 using PRO-100 Ink.
